The set includes a 3.5" parer for peeling and paring, a 4.5" Utility is the perfect size for small slicing jobs, The 5" boning knife will easily remove poultry from the bone. The 6" Sandwich is excellent for carving and slicing. A 6" meat cleaver is included for seperating meat from the bone as well as other rough cutting tasks and the 9" bread knife is the right size for those crusty loaves of bread.
